How does custom production work?

If you decide on a unique and one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry, it will be our honor to create it for you. Transforming your ideas and concepts into gold is highly inspirational for us, and it's what drives us forward.

Before we dive into the actual production, we'll have a pleasant meeting over a good drink, where you can share your visions, including visual, financial, and what you expect from the jewelry and what it should mean to you. Based on that, we'll create a few computer-generated designs, which we'll send to you for feedback. You can tell us if we've captured what you had in mind or if there are any changes you'd like to make to the jewelry.

Only after you're satisfied with the design, we'll ask you to make a deposit payment so that we can start working on the piece.

 

How much does custom production cost?

• The client knows the approximate price for the jewelry in advance, based on the 3D model we create, which helps us estimate the weight of the jewelry and the stones it will contain. Thanks to this, we can inform the client in advance about the price, which we manage to meet in 90% of cases. In rare instances, it may happen that the jewelry turns out slightly heavier than expected, in which case the final price would be slightly higher than originally estimated.

• Before starting the production of the jewelry, the client needs to pay a 50% deposit to ensure their genuine interest in the piece.

 

How long does it take to produce the jewelry?

• The production time is individual and depends on the specific piece of jewelry. If we need to order a stone for your jewelry, we may have to wait a few days for it, which can extend the production time by a few days. Generally, we can say that we'll complete the jewelry within 3-4 weeks.
